[Notice] Max Level 65 Unlocked & Item Changes

Greetings, ROW Classic players!

As previously announced, we are excited to inform you that the maximum level cap has been officially increased to Level 65, effective immediately today! We hope this opens up even more diverse and exciting gameplay for everyone in ROW Classic.

Additionally, please be aware of the following important updates regarding in-game items:

• Level Requirement Changes: The usage level limit for both Mihael's Protection and Viceroy's Protection has been adjusted. Please note that these two items can now only be used by characters up to Level 55.

• Item Mall Update: The Viceroy's Protection item has been officially removed from the Web Item Mall.
