[Warning] Actions Taken Against Illegal Farming Teams & Account Sanctions

Greetings Players,

We always strive to maintain a fun, fair, and clean server environment for all our users.

While we encourage everyone to enjoy the game freely, we have repeatedly warned through numerous notices that accounts focused solely on excessive farming for the purpose of Real Money Trading (RMT), rather than genuine gameplay, are subject to suspension without prior notice.

Recently, we have taken strict sanctions against several teams identified as engaging in serious, exclusive farming activities. Furthermore, users who shared accounts with these groups or maliciously collected items on their behalf have also been banned.

We express our deep regret regarding the necessity of these actions.

However, believing that gameplay freedom comes with responsibility, we have decided to review these cases and potentially lift suspensions for some accounts that were only lightly involved or shared without malicious intent.

If your account has been affected and you fall into one of the categories below, please contact us via email (in English, Korean, or Chinese):

1. Evidence or Confession: Those who can provide evidence that they were not solely focused on farming, or those who admit to their participation and fully explain the facts regarding account sharing.

2. Full Disclosure: Those who admit to all farming activities and provide full details regarding the main instigators or leaders of the operation.

3. Shared Account Victims: Those who simply shared their account and suffered unintended damage as a result.

Upon receiving your email, we will review the cases sequentially and may lift the bans based on our findings.

Important Note: regarding Category #2, even if full disclosure is provided, if your actions are deemed to be malicious or if you were a primary instigator of the violation, the ban may not be lifted.

We strongly urge all players to refrain from this type of gameplay in the future to avoid further sanctions.
