[Final Notice] Mandatory Change for Korean/Chinese Nicknames

Greetings Players,

We have officially discontinued the use of Korean and Chinese characters in nicknames. For players who created names before this policy, we have been providing a free, manual name change service.

We understand that not everyone could be online for the live GM service. Therefore, we are offering a final opportunity to change your name via email.

Deadline for Email Requests:

• Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 21:00 (GMT+8)

How to Request Your Name Change:

• Send an email to rcgm@youxiland.com with the following format:

  • Subject: Nickname Change Request

  • Current Nickname: (Your current Korean/Chinese name)

  • Desired New Nickname: (Your new English name)

• Please Note: If your desired nickname is already in use, we may add a hyphen (-) or underscore (_) to it.

How Requests Will Be Processed:

• Name changes will be processed sequentially in the order requests are received.

• Warning: Any player who does not submit an email request by the October 26th deadline will have their nickname forcibly changed to a random English name.

You must use this final opportunity to change your name for free. After this date, all remaining Korean/Chinese nicknames will be changed at our discretion.
