[Important] Announcement Regarding Korean/Chinese Nickname Changes

Greetings Players,

While we initially allowed the use of Korean and Chinese characters for nicknames, our policy has been updated, and their use is now prohibited.

Therefore, it is now mandatory for all players with nicknames containing Korean or Chinese characters to change them to English.

This is a final advisory, and the deadline is October 23rd.

Our original plan was to distribute Name Change items. However, due to the unexpectedly high number of affected players, we have decided to provide a manual, real-time name change service directly by a GM.

GMs will be online to change your names live during the following two sessions:

• 1st Session: Sunday, October 20th, starting at 21:00 (GMT+9) / 20:00 (GMT+8)

• 2nd Session: Monday, October 21st, starting at 18:00 (GMT+9) / 17:00 (GMT+8)

After October 23rd, any remaining nicknames that have not been changed will be randomly renamed by a GM without further notice. We strongly recommend logging in during one of the scheduled sessions to choose your own name.

How to Prepare:

1. Log in with the character that has a Korean or Chinese nickname and wait in Map 1.

2. Prepare the English nickname you wish to use in advance. A GM will contact you in-game to process the change.
