[New Management Team] Official Operation Policy Announcement

Greetings Players,

I am MASTER, the General Manager of Global Operations. I am pleased to announce that, effective today, the Global Operations team will officially take over the full management of Return of Warrior - Classic.

We are committed to providing a stable and fair gaming environment. To achieve this, please review and adhere to the following operational policies moving forward.

1. Respecting the Korean Game Industry Act YOUXILAND DIGITAL is a company based in Taiwan and operates with full authority over its copyrights and operational rights under Taiwanese law. While we provide support for various languages for our global player base, we cannot fully comprehend the specific game industry laws of every country.

Therefore, out of respect for the Korean Game Industry Act, YOUXILAND will proactively begin to block all IP addresses originating from South Korea. This process will be implemented gradually as we identify all relevant IP ranges. We consider any potential site block by the Korean government to be a natural measure, and this internal IP block is our own separate, proactive policy.

2. Official Language: English Only All official communications and support services will now be conducted exclusively in English. This includes all future announcements, inquiries, and customer management. All emails and in-game support requests must be submitted in English.

3. A New Global Focus for Return of Warrior - Classic This game is no longer centered on a single region. We are beginning a new phase of investment in advertising to attract new players from East Asia, Europe, and North America. We will promote the classic, hardcore experience of Return of Warrior - Classic through a new domain to reach a global audience.

4. Strict Adherence to In-Game Regulations All matters will be handled strictly according to our official Game Regulations. Any player found in violation will face penalties, including temporary suspension, permanent suspension, and the suspension of all related accounts. All player reports will be investigated by our internal GM team, and action will be taken without prior notice. (Please note that inquiries regarding a penalty may not receive an immediate response). Behaviors such as racism, sexual harassment, and personal mockery of other players' character names will result in an immediate and permanent ban without warning.

5. New GM Email for Support For all future inquiries, please contact us at the new official email address: rcgm@youxiland.com

6. Protection of Existing Korean Player Accounts The accounts of our existing Korean players will, of course, be protected. However, as direct access from Korea will be blocked, players will need to connect from a different country. Access may be possible through the use of services such as a VPN.

7. Discontinuation of Non-English Character Nicknames An upcoming update will restrict character name creation to English characters only. All players with existing nicknames in Korean, Chinese (Hanja), or Japanese characters will be required to change them to English. To facilitate this, one (1) free Nickname Change item will be provided to each affected account. Detailed instructions on this process will be provided in a separate announcement. The deadline for this mandatory name change is October 30, 2025. After this date, any remaining non-English character names will be randomly changed by a GM.

8. Our Operational Philosophy We will continue the core operational philosophy and policies established over the past year. However, our new approach will be based on objective, rule-based judgments. We will not provide personalized, case-by-case responses for every customer inquiry. Our focus is expanding as Return of Warrior - Classic becomes a game for global users. Accordingly, we will be launching new events for incoming players very soon.

Return of Warrior is a free-to-play game. We will continue to ensure that anyone who cherishes this game can easily join and enjoy the experience.
